Consortium Meeting - 2 December 2025 (online, Microsoft Teams)

On 2 December 2025, the partners of the Observatory of the Right (Not) to Use the Internet - R(N)2UI convened for an online consortium meeting held via Internet. The session brought together members of the research team to review the project’s progress, refine the ongoing research agenda, and discuss the next stages of implementation.

The meeting opened with a comprehensive overview of activities completed to date, including conceptual developments, methodological frameworks, and dissemination initiatives. Particular attention was given to the current status of publications produced within the project, including articles under review and upcoming conference contributions.

A central focus of the discussion was the preparation of the pilot research phase. Consortium members exchanged perspectives on methodological decisions, sampling strategies, and tools for examining practices of both voluntary and involuntary digital disengagement.

The meeting concluded with a forward-looking discussion outlining the tasks scheduled for the upcoming months. Partners highlighted the importance of strengthening the project’s visibility through academic communication and active stakeholder engagement.
